摘要
调查显示新建本科院校青年教师教学能力较为薄弱。加强青年教师教学能力建设是新建本科院校生存发展和青年教师自我专业发展的需要。目前,新建本科院校青年教师教学能力建设在教师评价、教师合作、教学反思和教师培训等方面存在诸多问题。改革教师评价机制、加强教学团队建设、积极开展教学反思和创新教师培训模式是新建本科院校加强青年教师教学能力建设的主要途径。
The Investigation shows that young teachers＇ teaching abilities are relatively weak in newly-founded undergraduate universities.Strengthening teaching ability of young teachers is essential for the survival and development of newly-built undergraduate universities,as well as the professional development of young teachers.There still exist various problems in the construction of young teachers＇ teaching ability,including teacher evaluation,teacher cooperation,teaching reflection and teacher training.Correspondingly,newly-built undergraduate universities should take measures mainly in the following aspects to strengthening their young teachers＇ teaching ability,namely,reforming mechanism of teacher evaluation,strengthening construction of teaching groups,conducting activities of teaching reflection and innovating modes of teacher training.
