奥扎格雷钠联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

Trentment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by ozagrel united mecobalamin

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予甲钴胺500μg,肌肉注射,隔日1次,治疗组在对照组基础上给予奥扎格雷钠氯化钠注射液250m l,80mg,静脉滴注,每日1次,连用15d。分别测定两组治疗前后疗效和患侧腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率72.5%,两组患者治疗后正中神经、腓神经的感觉传导速度(SNCY)均有不同程度改善,以治疗组改善最为明显,两组总有效率和SNCY比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合甲钴胺治疗对DPN有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozagrel sodium methylcobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods Totally 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 40 patients.Control group was given methylcobalamin 500μg,intramuscular injection every other day 1 time,the treatment group were given on the basis of sodium chloride injection Ozagrel 250ml,80mg,intravenous infusion,daily 1 time,continuously for 15d.2 groups were measured before and after treatment efficacy and ipsilateral common peroneal nerve,tibial nerve motor conduction velocity.Results The total effective rate was 92.5%,in the control group the total efficiency of 72.5%,two groups of patients after treatment the median nerve,peroneal sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCY） were improved in various degrees,most obvious in the treatment group improved in both groups.The total efficiency and SNCY statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions The combined Ozagrel with mecobalamin on DPN have a good therapeutic effect.
