凝血与纤溶系统水平检测在产妇DIC中的应用分析

Application analysis of levels of coagulation and fibrinolytic system in maternal DIC

目的探讨凝血与纤溶系统水平检测在产妇DIC中的应用并进行分析。方法来自2006年1月—2010年1月救治的产妇DIC26例与对照组30例健康体检者的凝血与纤溶系统水平检测。结果两组凝血与纤溶系统水平检测内容比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论产妇DIC病情复杂,是产科意外死亡的重要原因。对凝血与纤溶系统水平检测是诊断DIC的必备条件,是能够早期提示DIC的一种方法,能够及早的对DIC进行治疗,终止和切断DIC发展。

Objective To investigate and analyze the level of detection of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system in DIC of maternal.Methods From January 2006 to January 2010 DIC 26 cases treatment and the control group of 30 healthy persons the coagulation and fibrinolytic system level testing.Results Both the level of detection of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system in the study were significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions The maternal DIC complex disease is a major obstetric causes of accidental death.Coagulation and fibrinolytic system level test is a prerequisite for diagnosis of DIC,is able to suggest DIC early and to early treatment against DIC,termination and cut off the development of DIC.
