间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床治疗分析

Clinical treatment analysis of interstitial lung disease with respiratory failure

目的探讨间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床治疗。方法2008年1月至2010年1月收治的间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者46例应用B IPAP进行无创性双向压力通气,观察应用疗效。结果无创通气8h、无创通气48h与无创通气前比较呼吸、心率、血pH、PaCO2、PaO2,P<0.05有显著差异性。结论间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭救治过程中,重视应用B IPAP进行无创性双向压力通气,改善肺通气,纠正呼吸衰竭。

Objective To evaluate the clinical treatment of interstitial lung disease with respiratory failure.Methods In January 2008-January2010 interstitial lung disease were treated 46 patients with respiratory failure in application of non-invasive bi-BIPAP pressure ventilation,observe the effect.Results The non-invasive ventilation 8h,48h non-invasive ventilation compared with noninvasive ventilation before the breathing,heart rate,blood pH,PaCO2,PaO2,significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusions In treatment of interstitial lung disease with respiratory failure,the emphasis on application of non-invasive bi-BIPAP pressure ventilation,improved pulmonary ventilation and correct respiratory failure.
