基于CT的头影定点测量的临床应用

Clinical practice of cephalomelric landmark measurements using three-dimensional computed tomography

摘要 目的建立基于CT的三维仿真模拟平台,对在此基础上进行定点头影测量的临床应用进行评价。方法选择12例患者,分别进行头颅螺旋CT扫描和标准头颅侧位X线片拍摄,在头颅螺旋CT上进行三维重建并进行标志点定点测量;在标准头颅侧位X线片进行人工标志点定点测量。结果基于CT的头影测量定点测量与人工标志点定点测量间的比较,统计学上无显著性差异。结论基于CT的头影测量定点测量为更准确的头影测量分析提供了一种可靠、直观、有效的方法。 Objective To assess the clincial pratice of the cephalomelric landmark measurements on patient images from three-dimensional(3D) computed tomography.Methods Totally 12 patients were selected to take both lateral cephalometric radiographs and corresponding sprial CT angiography(SCTA) images.Landmarks were identified and mesured by one observator in lateral radiographs.Reconstructed three-dimensional(3D) images of spiral CT angiography and identified the same landmarks.Results There is no significant differences between the two measurements.Conclusions The 3D angular cephalometric analysis is a fairly reliable and effedtive method,like the traditional 2D cephalometric analysis.
