摘要 分别以纯Cr2O3陶瓷粉末、Ni粉和Cr2O3粉的混合粉末作为喷涂粉末,采用等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面喷涂Cr2O3涂层和Ni-Cr2O3涂层。通过X射线衍射、金相显微分析、扫描电镜分析、EDS成分分析、盐雾试验、电化学试验等方法,研究了Ni-Cr2O3和Cr2O3涂层的相组成、组织形貌、孔隙率以及耐蚀性。结果表明:由于Ni的加入,使得Ni-Cr2O3涂层与Cr2O3涂层相比,孔隙率大大降低,耐蚀性得到显著提高。 Pure Cr2O3 ceramic powder, the mixed powder oi Ni and Cr2O3 as the spray powder, Crz(1)3 coating and Ni-Cr2O3 coating on 45 steel were prepared by plasma spraying . XRD, metallographic microscopic analysis, SEM, EDS, salt fog test, electrochemical test were used to study the phase composition, organization morphology, porosity and corrosion resistance of the Ni-Cr2O3 and Cr2O3 coating . The conclusions show that with the addition of nickel, the porosity of Ni-Cr2O3 coating is reduced greatly, and corrosion resistance can be further improved , compared with Cr2O3 coating.
