十八胺在20G碳钢表面高温成膜条件研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用均匀试验设计,进行了高压釜挂片试验,并通过膜性能检验和测试试验评价了试片的成膜效果,考察了温度、十八胺浓度、恒温时间和pH值等4个因素对十八胺在20G碳钢表面高温成膜特性的影响。研究表明,上述因素影响大小的次序为:pH值>温度>十八胺浓度>恒温时间,且十八胺在20G碳钢表面的最优成膜条件为:pH在8.7~9.0之间,十八胺质量浓度为60~70mg/L,温度为470~480℃,恒温时间为3~4h。 Coupon test in autoclave was carried out by using uniform design and the film performance of the coupons was checked by film performance valuation test. The factors that effect the film formation of oetadecylamine on 20G carbon steel surface at high temperature, such as temperature, concentration of octadecylamine, incubation time and pH, were researched. The results show that the order of the factors above is as below:pH〉temperature〉concentration of ODA〉incubation time, and that the optimal condition of film formation of ODA on 20G carbon steel surface is that:pH is between 8.7 and 9.0, concentration of ODA between 60 and 70 mg/L, temperature between 470℃ and 480℃, and incubation time between 3 and 4 hours.
