摘要
针对煤气化工艺高压耐磨离心泵输送介质高入口压力、高含固量的特点,分析了高压耐磨泵使用和设计过程中的难点,以德士古工艺中的激冷水泵和壳牌工艺中的渣池循环水泵为典型参数泵,对国内在线运行的泵的布置方式、结构、材料以及密封、轴向力的解决方案进行了分析,并对高压耐磨泵的设计选型及使用提出了建议。
The high pressure wear centrifugal pump is a piece of key equipment in the pressurized coal slurry gasification process and dry coal powder gasification process.The suction pressure of the pump is high and the solid content in the medium is relatively high.This paper gave an analysis on difficult aspects of the design and application of the high pressure wear centrifugal pump.Taking the quench water pump in the Texaco Gasification Process and the slagbath circulation pump in the Shell Gasification Process as typical examples,the paper gave an introduction to the pump layout,structure,material and solutions for the axial force and the mechanical seal of the shaft.Suggestions were presented concerning design,selection and application of high pressure wear centrifugal pumps.
