遥感监测技术在土地利用监管中的作用分析

空间遥感已成为我国重要的国土资源调查监测手段,遥感监测技术具有精度高、现势性强、弥补人为性偏差等优点。基于遥感的土地利用动态监测方法在土地利用监管中起到保证土地规划执行力度、严格土地批后监管和加强地类管理的作用,尤其在经济效益方面,能有效避免由于违法违规用地所造成的经济损失。

Space remote sensing has become an important means of investigation and monitoring of land and resources in China.This paper focuses on analysis of the characteristics of remote sensing and monitoring technology,such as high precision and updating;making up artificial deviation.Based on the remote sensing dynamic monitoring method of land use,the remote sensing and monitoring technology can play a role in ensuring the enforcement of land use planning,rigorously enforcing supervision after examining and approving of the land,and strengthening the management of land group in the land use regulation.Especially in the economic benefits,it can effectively avoid economic losses caused by the illegal land use.
