建设工程项目收尾阶段的管理是整个项目管理周期中的一个重要环节,而实际项目管理中通常没有给予足够重视,出现该阶段人员组织混乱、资料管理松散、剩余资源利用不合理等问题。本文通过对收尾阶段出现问题的探析,并提出解决方案,以此完善整个建设工程项目管理过程。

Project closure is one of the important steps during the construction project management,but in reality,it has not aroused enough attention.Therefore,the actual project management usually did not give enough attention,there came to be questions,such as personnel disorganization,data management loosing,and unreasonable utilization of the remaining materials,etc.Based on analyzing of these problems,and to perform the tackling scheme can provide improvement for the construction project management.
