乡村精英与草根行动——以忻州师范学院实习支教生为例

The Rural Elite and Grass-roots Campaign——Taking Teaching Practice Students in Xinzhou Teachers University as an Example

乡村精英是乡村社会发展的重要力量。实习支教生作为乡村文化精英的一部分,主要通过教育动员、娱乐动员和启发动员等方式使草根成员积极参与新农村建设。其动员过程及现象呈现出动员主体的非农性、动员方式的知识性和动员结果的有效性等特点,直接影响着草根成员的群体行为。只有进一步培育乡村精英,固化乡村精英的角色地位,才能更好地发挥乡村精英在草根行动中的作用。

Rural elite is an important power in social development of countryside.As a part of the rural cultural elite,the teaching practice students primarily through such ways as educational mobilization,entertaining mobilization and enlightened mobilization enable grass-roots members actively participate in the construction of the new countryside.The phenomenon and the mobilization process appear some characteristics,for example,non-agriculture quality of mobilization subject,intellectual quality of mobilization methods and valid quality of mobilization results etc,directly influence the group behavior of grass-roots members.Only further fostering rural elite,curing role status of village elites,in order to develop the role of rural elite in the grass-roots action.
