论实习支教与优化农村师资结构——以原平市为例 被引量:1

摘要 师资问题一直是制约农村基础教育跨越式发展的瓶颈,具体体现在:农村师资结构不合理,农村师资素质偏低,农村师资流失严重。忻州师范学院在全国率先开展了高年级师范生到农村顶岗实习支教,取得了较好的效果,一定程度上破解了农村师资难题。从忻州师范学院大学生在原平农村实习支教的实践和收效来看,实习支教弥补了农村教师不足,尤其是音、体、美等教师的缺失;优化了农村师资年龄、学历和知识结构;更新了农村教师的教育教学理念;为国培计划开展提供了顶岗教师。 Teacher problems have become the bottleneck which restricted the development of rural basic education.It Embodied in the irrational structure of rural teachers,low quality of rural teachers,serious loss of rural teachers.Xinzhou Teachers College achieved good results in teaching practice in rural areas,and solved the problem of rural teachers to some extent.The practice support teaching of Xinzhou Teachers College students in rural areas of Yuan Ping have reached the following effects: Remedying the teachers shortage of rural areas,especially the shortage of music,sports and art courses;making the teacher age,education and knowledge structure of rural areas better;Improving the teaching ideas of rural teachers.;for country's training plan of rural teachers.
