摘要
作为高等学校教学和科研工作重要组成部分的图书馆,它所提供的服务是一种专业性和学术性很强的服务。为了适应时代要求,高校图书馆应该创新服务模式,变被动服务为主动服务。包括理念创新、目标创新、服务创新、传播方式创新、角色创新和制度创新。在服务理念上,要借助现代信息技术,以满足读者需求为目标,提倡个性化和数字化服务理念,这也是现代高校图书馆发展的必然要求。图书馆又是建设和谐文化、促进高校和谐发展的重要阵地,必须为读者创造和谐的管理环境、信息环境和人文环境,构建和谐服务平台。
As the important part of colleges and universities in teaching and scientific effort,university and college libraries afford a kind of strongly professional and academic service.To adapt to the need of times,its service mode must innovate and the passive service should become active one.There should be the innovation of concept,target,service,propagation mode,role and regime.Using modern information and technology,libraries must put forward individualized and digital service concept to satisfy the need of readers,which is one of the inevitable demand as modern university and college library increasingly develop.At the same time,libraries are also the important positions that is used to build harmonious culture and promote the harmonious development in colleges and universities.So it must offer harmonious management,information and humanities circumstance,and build harmonious service platform.
