论高层建筑火灾的扑救措施

A Study on the Fire Fighting Measures to the Tall Buildings

火灾扑救是消防部队的主要作战任务之一,是消防官兵为抢救人民生命财产,减少火灾损失,控制火灾危害,维护社会稳定而冒浓烟、闯火海、不惜鲜血和生命,时刻准备展开的战斗行动。近几年来,随着改革开放和经济飞速发展,城市的高层建筑越来越多,而面临的火灾形势也越来越险峻,高层建筑火灾的危害越来越严重,投入灭火作战的消防车辆越来越多,灭火作战的时间也越来越长,"大兵团"作战、"跨区域"作战的战例时有发生。笔者结合基层工作经验,就高层建筑火灾的扑救措施进行了论述,以达到有效提升部队整体作战能力的目的。

Fire fighting is one of the most important combat mission of the fire forces.It is the fighting and action into which the firemen devote themselves in order to rescue the victims＇ lives and property,relieve the loss and control the damage,showered by the heavy smoke and big fire which might rob them of their lives.With Reform and Opening and the quick development of economy,there are more and more tall buildings in the recent years in the cities,which would endanger the fire rescue.Due to the more severe damage made by the fire accident in the tall buildings,more fire engines and longer time should be put into the fire fighting and there are frequent large-scale and inter-regional fire fighting.This paper is a study on the fire fighting measures to the tall buildings related with the working experience in the grass-roots work and its purpose is to prompt the overall combat capacity of the fire force.
