超声清创机在骨科慢性创面治疗中的应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨和比较超声清创机与常规清创换药术治疗感染性创面或骨髓炎的临床效果。方法选取94例(107个创面)软组织挫伤缺损者,随机分为实验组(超声清创机治疗组)及对照组(常规清创换药组)各47例。记录两组病例细菌清除率、创面面积缩小程度、患者疼痛指数及总住院时间,并进行统计学分析,判断疗效。结果两个治疗组在细菌清除率、创面面积缩小程度及总住院时间上均有显著差异,在增加患者疼痛指数方面无统计学差异。结论超声清创机治疗能充分清除创面细菌及坏死组织和刺激创面肉芽组织快速生长,缩短治愈时间,是治疗创面,为二期手术做好积极准备的一种简便、有效方法。 Objective To explore and compare the clinical effects of the ultrasonic debridement machine and conventional surgical debridement in the therapy of infectious wound or osteomyelitis.Methods Totally 94 patients suffered from soft tissue contusion defect with 107 wounds were randomly divided into treatment group(ultrasound debridement machine group) and the control group(conventional surgical debridement group),and each group has 47 patients.Then the bacterial clearance rate,the wound surface minification,pain index and the length of time in hospital were recorded and statistically analyzed to judge the better curative effects.Results There were significant differences between two treatment groups in the bacterial clearance rate,the wound surface minification and the length of time in hospital,but no significant difference was found in the patients’ pain index.Conclusions Ultrasound debridement machine treatment can sufficiently clear the bacterial and necrotic tissue of the wound surface,rapidly stimulate the growth of the granulation tissue and shorten the time to treatment,and it is a simple and effective method to make active preparation for the second surgery.
