前路减压植骨内固定术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤26例疗效观察

Effect observation anterior decompression and bone graft fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture with spinal cord injury

目的探讨前路减压植骨内固定术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析26例应用前路减压植骨内固定术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤患者的临床资料。结果本组术后随访5个月3年,平均18个月。切口均一期愈合,骨折均满意复位,椎间植骨融合,椎体高度大部分恢复。术后神经功能均有12级不同程度的恢复。未出现切口感染、脑脊液漏、脊髓损伤加重等并发症,无断钉、松动等内固定失效等病例出现。结论前路减压椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎脊柱骨折并脊髓损伤技术相对完善,解剖清楚,安全、可靠,可促进神经功能恢复,且并发症少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anterior decompression and bone graft fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture with spinal cord injury.Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 cases of anterior decompression and bone graft applications fixation of thoracolumbar spine fracture with spinal cord injury patients’ clinical data.Results The patients were followed up 5 months to 3 years,an average of 18 months.Incision healed fractures were satisfied with the reduction and interbody fusion,vertebral height most of the recovery.Postoperative neurological function was 12 different degrees of recovery.Does not appear wound infection,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,spinal cord injury and other complications increase,no breakage,loosening occurred in cases of fixation failure.Conclusions Anterior pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar spine fracture with spinal cord injury in technology is relatively sound,anatomy clear,safe,reliable,and can promote recovery of neurological function,and fewer complications.
