阿托伐他汀对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价阿托伐他汀在兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中,对心功能改善和心肌的保护效果。方法健康雄性大白兔30只,随机分成3组,即假手术组、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、阿托伐他汀组(治疗组)。治疗组于手术前1h用阿托伐他汀10mg/kg加入生理盐水中进行灌胃,结扎冠状动脉左前降支30min后,开放1h以制作兔缺血再灌注模型。用导管法测定心功能指标,用伊文蓝(Evans Blue)+1%氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)双重染色法分离坏死区与缺血区心肌。结果 假手术组灌注前后LVSP、LVEDP、±dp/dtmax比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),I/R组与治疗组灌注前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与假手术组比较,I/R组与治疗组LVEDP明显升高(P<0.05),LVSP和±dp/dtmax明显下降(P<0.05);I/R组与治疗组比较LVSP和±dp/dtmax下降无显著性差异(P>0.05),而LVEDP升高和心肌梗死率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Objective Evaluation of atorvastatin on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury process,improvement of cardiac function and myocardial protective effects. Methods 30 healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operation group,isehemia reperfusion group(I/R group),atorvastatin group(treatment group),1 hour before surgery with atropine treatment group were fed saline with 10mg/kg atorvastatin,left anterior descending coronary artery ligation after 30 minutes,open 1 hour to make rabbit model of isehemia-reperfusion; by measured using physiological recording cardiac function,by Evans blue + 1% triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining,double isolated necrosis in ischemic myecardium. Results Sham perfusion before and after the LVSP,LVEDP, ± dp/dtmax,were no significant differences (P〉0.05),I/R group and treatment group were significantly different (P〈0.05);compared with the sham operation group,I/R group and treatment group LVEDP increased significantly (P〈0.05), LVSP and ± dp/dtmax decreased significantly (P〈0.05);I/R group compared with the treatment group decreased LVSP and ± dp/dtmax was no significant difference (P〉0.05),but LVEDP increased and myocardial infarction rates declined significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion Effect of atorvastatin on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.
