摘要 目的探讨T细胞亚群、白细胞介素2(IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)与病毒性心肌炎(VM)的关系。方法用亲心肌细胞株柯萨奇病毒B3感染Balb/c小鼠建立心肌炎模型,用免疫荧光技术检测VM小鼠血液中的T细胞亚群;用双抗体夹心法检测小鼠血清中的IL-2和TNF-α。结果 VM小鼠血液中CD4+(Th/Ti)和CD8+(Tc/Ts)细胞亚群的含量、血清中IL-2和TNF-α水平均明显高于正常小鼠。结论 T细胞亚群、IL-2和TNF-α参与病毒性心肌炎的发病,同时也发挥抗病毒作用。 Objective To explore the relation between T lymphocyte subsets,Interleukin 2,tumor necrosis factor- α and viral myocarditis. Methods Myocarditis model of Balb/c mice was established by using cosackie virus type B3 inoculation,CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood was assayed with immunofluorescence technique,and the level of interleukin 2 and tumor necrosis factor-α in serum were detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA. Results The content of CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood,the level of interleukin 2 and tumor necrosis factor-α of serum in viral myocarditis mice were significantly increased than those in the normal mice. Conclusion T lymphocyte subsets,Interleukin 2 and Tumor necrosis factor-α and narticinate in nathogenesis of viral mvocarditis.and simuhaneouslv play antiviral.
