摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声评价停用辛伐他汀对兔粥样硬化颈动脉影响的效果。方法 32只兔随机分为对照组、模型组、干预1组及干预2组,采用高脂饲料喂养法建立颈动脉粥样硬化模型并给予辛伐他汀干预,干预2组在2周后停用辛伐他汀,采用彩色多普勒超声在造模前、辛伐他汀干预前、停药前及停药后2周检测各组兔颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、颈动脉内径(ID)、颈动脉血流峰值流速(PV)及血流量(BF)。结果 造模后IMT增厚、ID减小,PV加大、BF减小;给予辛伐他汀干预后,兔颈动脉IMT、ID、PV及BF变化得到改善;停药2周后,干预2组IMT厚于干预1组,ID及BF小于干预1组,PV高于干预1组。结论 辛伐他汀能够改善兔粥样硬化颈动脉的功能及形态变化,突然停用辛伐他汀能够引起兔粥样硬化颈动脉的病变进一步加重,引起反应性损害。
Objective To investigate the role of color doppler ultrasonographic evaluation on effects of simvastatin withdrawal to carotid atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into control group,model group,first intervention group and second intervention group;Animal model with carotid atherosclerosis were maken by feeding high fatty feeds and were inter- fered with simvastatin. After two weeks,simvastatin was withdrew in second intervention group. Intima-medial thickness (IMT),inside diameter(ID) ,peak velocity(PV) and blood flow(BF) of carotid artery were detected with color doppler ultrasound before making model,before administration,before withdrawal and two weeks after withdrawal. Results After making model,IMT and PV were increased, ID and BF were decreased; After interfering with simvastatin, the changes of IMT,PV,ID and BF were relieved;Two weeks after with- drawal,IMT of the second intervention group was thicker,lD and BF were lesser,PV was higher than in the first intervention group. Conclusion Simvastatin could improve morphological change and function in carotid atherosclerosis in rabbits,and sudden withdrawal of simvastatin could cause a reactive injury and aggravate the injury of carotid atherosclerosis in rabbits.
