西甲硅油在无痛胃镜检查中的应用

Application of Simethicone Combined with Propofol Anesthesia on the Pain-free Gastroscopy

目的探讨西甲硅油在无痛胃镜检查中的应用。方法选择我院2010年1月自愿接受无痛胃镜检查的患者207例,随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组在检查前服西甲硅油稀释液20mL(内含西甲硅油5mL即200mg);对照组在检查前服利多卡因胶浆10mL,观察患者服药后的舒适性、胃镜下视野清晰度、检查时间及异丙酚的用量。结果 研究组患者服药后舒适率100%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01),胃镜下视野清晰度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),异丙酚用量明显少于对照组(P<0.01),检查时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 无痛胃镜检查前应用西甲硅油可明显提高患者的服药后舒适性、胃镜下视野清晰度,减少异丙酚的用量,缩短检查时间,可替代麻醉祛泡混合剂作为无痛胃镜检查前的常规祛泡用药。

Objective To investigate the effect of Simethicone combined with propofol anesthesia on the pain-free gastroscopy. Methods 207 patients underwent the pain-less endoscopy in July 2010,who were randomLy divided into two groups：the study group and the matched group. Before undergoing pain-less endoscopy,the The patients who were in the study group drunk 20 water which contains 200rag Simethicone;While the patients who belonged to the matched group who drunk 10mL Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage. Then we observed whether patients who were in different groups are comfort or not,whether the vision were clear or not through the gastroscop. Also we compared the examination time and the dose of PROPOFOL between the two groups. Results The patients＇ comfort degree who belonged to the study group was 100% after the drunk the drug,which was better than control group （P〈0.01）. the vision was more clear than control group（P.〈0.01）, the dose of observation group were less than those of control gronp（P〈0.01） and the examination time is less than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Before undergoing the pain-less endoscopy,the patients took the Simethicone can improve the patients＇ comfort,the quality of the vision through the gastroscopy,refuce the PROPOFOL and examination time. Simethicone can take place the deleted foam mixture for block as the normal water drug before undergoing the pain-less endoscopy.
