Claudin-7与E-cadherin在肝癌中的表达及相关性 被引量：1

摘要 目的检测Claudin-7与上皮黏附素(E-cadherin)在肝癌中的表达,探讨其临床意义,为临床工作提供理论支持。方法以170例肝细胞癌标本作为研究对象,170例正常肝组织作为对照,分别检测Claudin-7与E-cadherin的表达;应用流式细胞术分析其在不同临床病理特征之间的意义及相互关系。结果 Claudin-7与E-cadherin在肝癌中的表达均明显低于正常肝组织,Claudin-7与E-cadherin在不同肿瘤直径、不同临床分期、不同AFP值及有无转移的比较中,差别有统计学意义,肝癌中Claudin-7与E-cadherin的表达呈正相关。结论 Claudin-7与E-cadherin和肝癌的发生发展密切相关,术后联合检测Claudin-7与E-cadherin蛋白表达可能对判断肝癌患者的预后有一定意义。
