摘要 目的探讨健康教育干预对母乳喂养效果的影响,进一步提高母乳喂养率和母乳质量。方法选择我院2008年1月~2010年1月间入院的100例产妇,将其分成对照组和健康教育组,各50例。对照组不进行任何干预,产妇产后只进行常规护理;健康教育组接受系统的母乳喂养健康教育指导,比较两组产妇对母乳喂养知识的知晓率、实际母乳喂养率、产妇的乳汁分泌量等指标。结果 健康教育组产妇的母乳喂养知识的知晓率、实际母乳喂养率、产妇的乳汁分泌量等指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对孕产妇进行科学、系统的母乳喂养健康教育是十分必要的,是临床上提高母乳喂养成功率和母乳质量的有效方法,值得临床推广使用。 objective Study on the effect of health education on breast-feeding to improve the breast-feeding rate and breast milk quality. Methods 100 pregnant women were chose in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010,we divided them into control group and health education group. Control group without any interference and only give conventional nursing care of postpartum. Health education group patients accepted breast-feeding health education. Compared two groups' breast-feeding of knowledge aw^eness,the ac- tual rate of breast-feeding,maternal milk secretion index. Results Health education group breast-feeding of knowledge awareness,the actual rate of breast-feeding,maternal milk-secretion quantity were better than those in the control group,there were significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Breast-feeding health education is very necessary and is a clinically effective method of improving the success rate of breast-feeding and breast milk quality. It is worth clinical use.
