摘要
佛手多糖高、中、低３个剂量（４００、２００、１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）连续给药７ｄ，结果显示可明显提高环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数，促进溶血素和溶血空斑的形成以及淋巴细胞转化，并明显提高外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞比率。
The three dosage of finger citron polysaccharide (400、200、100 mg/kg) were given orally within seven days continuously. The results showed it could obviously raise the phagopercentage and phagoindex of abdominal cavity macrophage in mice of low level for immunologic function caused by CY, promote the formation of hemolysin, hemolytic plague and lymphocyte transformation, obviously increase the ratio of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood.
