左金胶囊制备及溶出速率测定

The Preparation of Zuo Jin Capsule and the Determination of its Dissolution Rate

以不同辅料制备了３种左金胶囊，并测定了体外溶出速率，得到Ｔ５０，Ｔｄ及ｍ。测定结果表明：３种胶囊的体外溶出速率不同，以黄连药渣为辅料制备的胶囊溶出速率最快。体外释放参数的方差分析表明３种胶囊的溶出速率具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Three kinds of Zuo Jin capsule have been designed and prepared with different adjuvants and their dissolution rates have been determined respectively, T 50 ,T d and were obtained. The results showed that dissolution rates of three kinds of capsule were different. The capsule which is prepared from the rhizome of Chinese boldthread's lees as a kind of adjuvant has the fastest dissolution rate. Statistical analysis showed that there was remarkable difference in dissolution rate for three capsules.
