摘要
白三烯是哮喘发生发展过程中的一类关键性炎症介质,参与呼吸道炎症反应和气道重塑过程.该文就白三烯的来源、合成和生物活性及与哮喘的关系作一总结,并阐述白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特治疗儿童哮喘的研究进展,而孟鲁司特治疗2岁以下哮喘患儿的疗效还需通过随机、双盲和多中心的临床研究进一步证实.
Leukotriene is a crucial inflammation medium in the process of asthma,involved in the inflammation and remodeling of airway.This article summarizes the origin,synthesis and biological activity of leukotriene in asthma.and discuss the implications of leukotriene receptor antagonists(Montelukast)for asthma in children.The randomized.double-blind and muhicenter clinical trials are needed to determine the efficacy of Montelukast in infants less than 2 years old with asthma.
