日常工作中我们用到的检测设备都包含有大量的集成电路,如果其中某个集成电路损坏,就会导致它所在的电路板功能异常,从而使检测设备不能正常使用,影响企业生产任务的完成。此时我们通常采取的措施是更换被怀疑可能存在故障的电路板,但是,更换新电路板的费用十分昂贵,其实我们完全可以通过分析与检测,查找并更换故障元件,从而使设备恢复正常,使企业节约成本。

The daily work of testing equipment we used contains a large number of integrated circuits.If one of the integrated circuit is damaged,it will result to an abnormal function of the circuit board.Thus testing equipment does not work and enterprise production task will not be completed.At this point,we usually replace suspected faulty circuit board.But the replacement cost of the new board is very expensive.Actually we can find and replace the faulty component by analysis and test to recover the equipment,so as to save the enterprise cost.
