朔黄模式的站区一体化管理创新探讨

基于朔黄铁路公司点多线长、人员分散的特点,在分公司管内按区段设置站区,实行站区一体化管理模式,是朔黄铁路管理体制创新的成功实践。自设立站区八年多来,走过几经调整、几易职能、不断摸索、不断创新的发展历程,为保证公司各项生产任务的完成,发挥较好的组织、协调和服务作用。实践证明,在公司、分公司两级管理体制下,站区已成为公司管理链条中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分,站区一体化管理的模式是成功的,达到整合资源、协调联动、统管统配、链接无缝的目的,实现"党建促后勤、后勤保党建"双赢的效果。

Shuohuang Railway Development Co., Ltd has many sites, a long line and scattered personnel. The company sets up stations according to sections in the jurisdiction scope of branch companies and carries out the management mode of integrating station and section, which is a successful practice of management system innovation of Shuanghuang Railway Development Co., Ltd. The stations and sections, set up eight years ago, have finished a continuous process of exploration and innovation through several adjustments and function changes and have played an important organizing, coordinating and serving role in completing various production tasks of the Company.
