浅谈安全管理中的好人主义

铁路运输企业,必须以安全生产为基础和前提,没有安全就没有效益,企业的建设和发展就无从谈起。安全管理的最大问题是好人主义。简要介绍安全管理中的好人主义现象,阐述如何杜绝好人主义,思考安全管理的对策。

Railway transportation enterprises must be based on safety production.No safety,no benefit! And construction and development of an enterprise will be impossible.While the biggest problem for safety management is good person creed.This paper simply introduces phenomena of good person creed in safety management,expounds ways of preventing good person creed,and thinks about countermeasures of safety management.
