良好的心理状态是影响高职大学生就业能力的一个重要因素。研究从微观的角度,以心理学的方法来探讨个性心理特征与大学生顺利就业之间关系,从而能引导大学生重视自身的能力发展。

A favorable mental state is an important factor in influencing the vocational college students’ employability.The research takes a microcosmic point of view to discuss the relation between the personal characteristics on psychology and the college students’ obtaining employment successfully with the method of psychology.Consequently,the research will make a contribution to guiding the college students to think much of their development of employability.
