60年前，为了打破西方国家对新中国的海上禁运和封锁，中国政府与波兰政府合资创办了新中国第一家中外合资企业——中波公司。在一个甲子的轮回中，她迎风踏浪，风采更胜当年，书写了航运界的传奇诗篇。

Chinese-Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company-Chipolbrok, was established in 1951 by the governments of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Poland.It is the first foreign-invested joint venture registered in China after 1949.Entering into the 21st century,Chipolbrok makes great efforts in achieving the strategic change from'regional traditional breakbulk cargo carrier'to'global professional heavy lift and project cargo carrier'.Today,Chipolbrok owns a fleet of 21 modern multi-purpose vessels sailing across oceans between Asia,Europe,America and Africa.The overall tonnage is nearly 500,000 DWT.Besides the Head Office and the Branch Office,which locates in Shanghai and Gdynia respectively,Chipolbrok has also set a wholly-owned subsidiary in Houston and two joint-invested shipping agencies in Rotterdam and Singapore.As well as the close-cooperation agencies scattered about all enroute ports and main area,Chipolbrok has established a vast and solid agent network.Over half a century successful operation has won Chipolbrok high reputation all over the world.
