摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了不同连作年限花生根际及非根际土壤微生物区系变化。结果表明,随着连作年限的增加,花生根际及非根际土壤中的细菌、放线菌数量明显减少,真菌数量明显增加。4个处理根际土壤中细菌数量在整个生育期的变化均为先上升后下降的单峰曲线,不同之处为连作5年在结荚期时达到峰值,其他3个处理峰值出现在花针期。连作1年花生根际土壤中真菌数量动态变化曲线为先上升后下降再上升,峰值出现在花针期。其他3个处理均为先上升后下降的单峰曲线。CK和连作3年根际土壤中放线菌在整个生育期的菌量动态变化曲线较为一致,总体上均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,峰值均出现在结荚期,连作1年和5年的动态变化曲线较为一致,总体均呈现先上升后下降再缓慢上升的趋势,峰值均出现在花针期。
Changes in microbial communities of rhizosphere and bulk soil during different periods of continuous cropping years were researched by pot experiments in network.The results showed that the bacteria and actinomycetes quantities obviously decreased,and the fungi quantities obviously increased with the increase of the continuous cropping years.The bacteria quantities of the four treatments in rhizosphere soil were the single-peak curves which increased firstly and decreased subsequently,and their differences existed in the peak time: five continuous cropping years' treatment was in pot-setting stage,while the others were in blossom stage.As for the treatment with one continuous cropping year,the dynamics of fungi quantities in rhizosphere soil increased firstly and decreased subsequently and finally increased,and the peak was in blossom stage.The other treatments were the single-peak curves which increased firstly and decreased subsequently.The dynamics of actinomycetes quantities in the treatments with three continuous cropping years and control were relatively identical during the whole growth periods,which generally presented the trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing and reached the peak in the pot-setting stage.The dynamics of actinomycetes quantities in the treatments of one year's or five years' continuous cropping were relatively identical,which generally presented the trend of increase-decrease-slow increase and peaked in the blossom stage.
