摘要
在水电工程设计过程中,混凝土骨料料源选择是一项重要的工作,骨料价格作为工程概预算的基础单价,直接影响工程造价。同时,料源选择也有相应的要求。通过对硬梁包水电站混凝土骨料不同料源组合方案的经济、技术比较,得出了最佳料源组合方案。硬梁包水电站工程前期采用天然料,主体工程采用工程开挖料,不仅减少堆渣占地、节省弃渣费用,还有利于环境保护和水土保持。
In the design of the water & power engineering, choosing the sources of the concrete aggregate is an important job. As the underlying unit price of the engineering budgets, the price of aggregate will affect the project costs directly. Meanwhile, the choices of the sources have relevant requirements. This article compares the economy and technology in different combination schemes of the concrete aggregate in Yingliangbao Hydropower Station to reach the best combination scheme of the sources. In this project, natural source will be adopted in early phase while the engineering excavation material will be used in the main work. Only in this way can the project not only reduce the land occupation of the slag, save the expenses of the waste residue, but also benefit the environmental protection and soil & water conservation.
