摘要
酸性媒介染料是目前应用于羊毛染色的主要染料之一,但染色废水中通常含有重金属离子,造成环境污染,研究环保染料的染色性能及工艺对开发生态染色有重要的意义。文章将前期合成的2种新型萘醌色素进行磺化,探讨了磺化色素浓度、pH值、温度及时间对羊毛织物上染百分率的影响,并采用环境友好的Fe2+、Fe3+、Al3+等媒染剂对羊毛织物进行媒染。研究表明,新型萘醌染料能够用于羊毛染色,Fe3+媒染剂的媒染效果最明显,染后织物摩擦牢度好。
Acid mordant dye is one of the important dyes for wool dyeing,but waste-water produced by dyeing process generally contains ions of heavy metal,which causes pollution,studying on dyeing abilities and dyeing processes is beneficial for developing environment-friendly dyeing.In this paper,with two novel naphthoquinone pigments synthesized by our research team,we investigated the influence of concentration,pH value,temperature and time on dye-uptake of wool fabric,and adapted environment-friendly mordant such as Fe2+,Fe3+ and Al3+ for sulfonated pigments.It was concluded that sulfonated naphthoquinone can be used for wool dyeing,Fe3+ had the most obvious effect on mordant dyeing and dyed wool fabric had superior scrub fastness.
