摘要
针对毛纤维皮质细胞这一指纹类特征进行对比。首先,运用化学方法分离皮质细胞,再利用显微镜投影仪和数码生物显微镜测量皮质细胞的长度、细度,最终,在显微镜下观察到二者的皮质细胞形态极为相似,但可根据其长度的差异准确鉴别出这2类纤维。同时,绵羊毛和山羊绒的皮质细胞细度和长度分布的差异,使山羊绒与绵羊毛的强力、拉伸性能、蠕变性能与松弛性能等特性不同。文章还提出对毛纤维皮质细胞的研究还可用于改良毛纤维育种。
This paper compares cashmere and sheep wool according to their cortical cells' fingerprint features.Firstly,separating cortical cells of wool fibers by using chemical method,and then measuring their cortical cells' length and fineness by using microscope projector and digital biological microscope,finally,we can see that cashmere' shape is very similar to sheep wool's under the microscope,but according to the differences in length,we can distinguish correctly cashmere from sheep wool.At the same time,distribution of wool and cashmere's cortical cells in fineness and lenghth is also different.Finally,these differences will affect the differences of the strength,tensile property,creep property and relaxation property between cashmere and sheep wool.In addition,the research of cortical cells can be used to improve wool fiber's breeding.
