小型阀控式密封电池加酸量的研究 被引量:6

摘要 密封反应存在3 阶段,低密封反应阶段,过渡阶段,和密封反应形成阶段。根据密封反应的3 阶段的规律以及不同用途密封电池的要求,研究了加酸量的确定方法。对于要求析气非常小、环境要求非常高的场合,应以密封反应形成阶段的开始点前的一定范围对应的酸量为加酸量;对于较精密仪器设备用电池,以过渡阶段的开始点附近的对应加酸量为电池的加酸量;对于普通使用的密封电池,应以过渡阶段前8h 左右的低密封反应阶段对应的加酸量为加酸量。 There were three stages of sealed reaction:low sealed reaction stage ,transition stage and sealed reaction formation stage.Based on the rule of the 3 stages of sealed reaction and the demand of different sealed battery applications,research was done on method to determine the proper acid volume in VRLA cell.The required acid volume could be shown by the curve of sealed reaction efficiency vs.charge time.(1)The acid volume corresponding to a short period before starting point of sealed reaction formation stage was taken as the suitable acid volume for each cell when the battery was used in very clean environment and situation where safety was very important.(2)The acid volume corresponding to a short period near staring point of the transition stage was taken as suitable acid volume for each cell,when the battery was used in cleaner environment and the situation where safety was more important.(3)The acid volume corresponding to a period of the low sealed reaction stage before the transition stage about 8h was taken as acid volume for each cell,when the battery was used in general situation.
