农技员的技术推广行为对推广绩效有显著的正向影响。本文通过对农技员指导的农户进行调查,基于农民的视角较客观和全面地评价农技员的技术推广行为,从农技员技术指导次数、指导时期、指导内容、指导方法、指导态度和指导技能六方面来评价农技员的技术推广行为,从农技推广行为机制创新、农技员技术推广激励机制设计和建立基层农技推广约束机制三方面得出结论和相关政策建议。
