Informationalization of community service is faced with many problems , such as information inefficiency, the weak capability of collaborative service and depressed service demand . In order to support collaborative services of community and streets every functional center , we need to make clear the goals and principles of the elaborate community service, make specialized researches on information integration platform of community service combining streets and community work or environmental characteristics, and integrate community service information system into comprehensive management and service platform of two communities, namely , community gridded management system and comprehensive service websites. Finally, we achieve the integration of community information resources effectively and solve community collaborative service predicaments.
