Construction Technology of As-cast Finish Concrete for the Powerhouse of Luding Hydropower Station

结合泸定水电站厂房清水混凝土施工,分析了饰面清水混凝土的质量控制标准、原材料及半成品的质量控制和模板施工工艺,从外观色差、平整度、分缝、棱角等方面总结了施工工艺及控制措施。最终泸定水电站清水混凝土色泽一致、表面洁净光泽、棱角方正,获得各方好评。

Taking the as-cast finish concrete construction for the powerhouse in Luding Hydropower Station as an example, the quality controls on as-cast finish concretes, raw materials and semi-finished products and the formwork construction are analyzed, and the construction technologies and controls are summarized from the color, smoothness, joints and corners. The final quality examination for the powerhouse as-cast finish concrete shows that the color is uniform, the surface is clean and flat, and the edges and corners are square-shaped.
