Study on the Adjustment of Hydro-generator Shaft with Multi-segment Structure and Its Application

论述了水轮发电机组安装过程中影响轴系直线度的各种因素,并对各种因素产生的原因进行了分析,提出了对轴线影响的不同因素的解决办法,以泸定水电站水轮发电机组的实例予以说明。

The factors which affecting the straightness of hydro-generator shaft during the installation are described and the causes are also analyzed herein. The solutions for eliminating the influences of these factors are proposed and the hydro- generator units in Luding Hydropower Station are taken as an example to illustrate the adjustment.
