泸定水电站的监理工作,在遵循监理规范及监理细则的基础上,吸取其他工程的监理工作经验,结合工程的实际情况,在内部管理、人员准入、质量控制、安全控制、进度管理和工程计量控制等6个方面进行了积极的探索与实践,取得了良好的效果。

On the basis of following the rules and specifications of engineering supervision, learning the lessons from other projects and considering the actual project conditions, the supervision on internal management, staff permission, quality control, safety control, schedule management and engineering quantity metering for the construction of Luding Hydropower Station are actively explored and practiced, and achieve good results.
