摘要
着重介绍泸定水电站大坝标施工阶段的监理机构组建、监理人员素质要求、质量控制、投资控制、进度控制,总结了工程监理工作的经验和体会,以为提高工程监理的工作质量和监理工作的有序开展提供参考。
The supervisory institution, requirements on supervisory personnel and controls on quality, investment and schedule for the dam construction of Luding Hydropower Station are introduced, and the experiences are summarized herein. The practice is help to improve the quality and facilitate the implementation of project supervision.
