摘要
为了研究刺山柑籽油的脂肪酸成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对刺山柑籽油的脂肪酸成分进行分析。确定了刺山柑籽油中6种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸占73.10%,必需脂肪酸的含量56.01%。
To study the fatty acid in cappers seed oil,fatty acid were analyzed by GC-MS.6 kinds of fatty acid had been indentified,and the unsaturated fatty acid was 73.10%,essential fatty acid was 56.01% relatively.
