活性炭吸附玉米肽中芳香族氨基酸的应用研究

Study on application of the adsorption aromatic amino acid of active carbon from corn peptides

通过活性炭初步纯化玉米肽工艺条件进行研究。结果表明,最优工艺条件为在pH为3,吸附温度为30℃,吸附剂用量为1:10,吸附时间为2h。通过该研究可对酶解所得玉米肽进行初步分离纯化,并为选择较好的脱苦脱色吸附剂提供理论参考。

Corn peptides were purified by active carbon Absorption method.The experiment results indicated that active carbon Absorption could get a good purification.The optimal purification condition was as follows：pH value was 3,the Absorption temperature was 30℃,the active carbon content was 1∶10 and the Absorption time was 2h.From the study of the corn peptides purification,the better clearing bitterness and color sorbent could be gotten.
