气相色谱质谱联用测定茶油中角鲨烯含量 被引量:21

摘要 建立茶油中角鲨烯气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)的测定方法。茶油通过正己烷直接稀释,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)选择离子监测(SIM)进行分析,以三十二烷为内标,用内标标准曲线法测定了茶油中角鲨烯的含量。该内标法标准曲线的相关系数为0.999,在0.01~3.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,角鲨烯最低检出限为0.03ng,方法的回收率为85.0%~115.0%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6)。利用此方法测定广东兴宁和江西赣州两地产茶油毛油中角鲨烯含量分别为120.43μg/mL和97.05μg/mL,该法操作简便、快速,测试结果准确、可靠。 A method was developed for the determination of squalene in camellia oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The samples of camellia oil were directly diluted in n-hexane solvent and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with selective ion monitoring,using dotriacontane as the internal standard,squalene of camellia oil was determined by standard curves with internal standard.The experimental results of internal standard showed a good linear relation(R=0.999),the linear range of the method was 0.01~3.00μg/mL,the detection limit of the method was 0.03ng,the recoveries of squalene were 85.0%~115.0%,RSD5%(n=3).The method has been successfully applied in the determination of squalene in two camellia oils from Xingning in Guangdong province and Ganzhou in Jiangxi province,respectively 120.43μg/mL and 97.05μg/mL.This method was simple,rapid and the results were accurate and reliable.
