摘要
由于电力系统地域辽阔,要实现对电力系统的实时监测,需要一个高精度的时间基准。 G P S的出现为此提供了条件。本系统利用基于 G P S的时间同步装置,对湖南省电网重要节点的电压相量,发电机的功角和输出功率进行实时测量和处理,并将结果传送到省电力调度中心,可实现对全省电网运行状况的监测。
Modern power Systems are always large systems which are distributed in large ranges of area.Synchronization of the real time monitoring for the states of such kind system is difficult in the past for the reason that a common high accuracy time base is required for sub stations and power plants that are far apart situated.The global positioning system(GPS)provides a powerful tool to realize it.This paper presents a scheme to implement such kind of system.By use of the GPS,a common time base is available for all the power plants and the substations.A prototype system is now realizing in Hunan provincial power system.With the time base provided by the GPS receiver,real time states are sampled and transmitted to the provincial dispatching center.The states included in this system are the voltages (phase and magnitude) of the key buses,the power flows (active and reactive power) in the transmission lines and the rotor angles of the generator units.Details of the system are presented in the paper.
