摘要
用综合资源规划（ Ｉ Ｒ Ｐ） 方法，结合“南方四省能源战略规划”工作，介绍在市场经济条件下，利用一系列指标对规划方案从技术经济、环境、社会经济等方面综合权衡分析，进行电力发展规划。
In line with the energy strategic planning for the 4 southern provinces,the paper introduces the comprehensive energy resources planning method under market economy. The method comprehensively weighes and analyges the planning alternatives by a series of indexes including technical,economical,environmental,social factors to achieve the optimal development program.
