叶面喷施微量元素和氨基酸对不同氮水平小白菜产量及品质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Spraying Micronutrient and Amino Acids on Yield and Quality of Chinese Cabbage at Different Nitrogen Levels

摘要 通过盆栽试验研究不同施氮条件下叶面喷施微量元素和氨基酸对小白菜产量及品质的影响。结果表明,3个氮水平上叶面喷施微量元素及氨基酸对小白菜生长均有成效,但不同氮水平上效果不同。综合产量与品质,本试验中最佳施N肥量为0.4 g/kg,该氮水平上喷施B、Zn、Mo、PGA、Gly和Met既增加了产量又降低了硝酸盐含量,喷施Zn、Mo、Se、Si、Fe、PGA、Gly、Pro和Met提高了VC含量,喷施Se、Si、PGA、Gly和Pro增加了可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量。 A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of spraying different micronutrients and amino acids on yield and quality of Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.Chinensis Group) at different nitrogen levels.The results showed that leaf application of micronutrients and amino acids had good results at three nitrogen levels,but the effects were different.Comparing the vegetable yield and quality found that 0.4 g·kg-1 was the best nitrogen level.At this nitrogen level,boron,zinc,molybdenum,PGA,methionine and glycine could increase yield and reduce the nitrate contents of Chinese cabbage.Zinc,molybdenum selenium,Silicon,iron,PGA,glycine,proline and methionine could raise the contents of vitamin C.Besides,selenium,Silicon,PGA,glycine and proline could both increase the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein of Chinese cabbage.
