马来酸酐接枝改性竹纤维及其增强复合材料的性能 被引量:13

GRAFTING MODIFICATION OF BAMBOO CELLULOSE FIBRE AND ITS COMPOSITE PROPERTIES

摘要 采用热化学酚化技术对竹粉进行液化,分离得到竹纤维素微粉(BCMP),对获得的BCMP表面进行马来酸酐(MAH)接枝改性,研究了反应温度和时间对酯化度的影响。结果表明,在二甲苯回流反应温度为140℃,反应时间为4 h的条件下,获得了高酯化度(16.2%)、低羟值(15.6 mgKOH/g)的BCMP。与未接枝改性的BCMP相比,MAH接枝改性后的BCMP表面粗糙,改性效果明显,并具有近似的结晶性能和良好的抗紫外吸收性能。接枝改性后的竹纤维与高密度聚乙烯经挤出模压成型而获得的竹塑复合材料具有优异的弯曲性能、拉伸性能及耐沸水性能。 Bamboo cellulose micro-powder (BCMP) was obtained by the thermo-chemistry selective liquefaction of bamboo powder,then the surface of BCMP was etherified through their hydroxyl groups with maleic anhydride(MAH). The effect of treated temperature and time on the esterification was investigated. The results showed that the BCMP with higher degree of esterification( 16.2% ) and lower hydroxyl of 15.6 mgKOH/g were obtained finally at the temperature up to 140 ℃for 4 h. Compared to unmodified BCMP, the modified BCMP had rough surface, similar crystalline properties, and excellent UV absorption properties. The tensile strength, bending strength of PE-HD/modified BCMP composites increased substantially, while the water-swellable stability of the composites was also significant improved as well.
