摘要
采用原位聚合法制备了原位聚合聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(pCBT)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)共混合金,并对共混合金进行了差示扫描量热、动态热机械、扫描电子显微镜、广角X射线衍射和力学性能研究。结果表明,加入ABS可有效降低pCBT的结晶度,共混合金在保持较好刚性的同时,韧性有所提高。当ABS用量为1份时,共混合金的断裂伸长率提高了61%,缺口冲击强度提高了39%。ABS与pCBT呈部分相容性,共混合金只存在α晶型,拉伸断面表现出明显的韧性断裂的形貌特征。
Blends of pCBT/ABS was synthesized via in-situ polymerization. It was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and its mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the addition of ABS led to a decrease in the degree of crystallization of pCBT and improved the ductility while the rigidity decreased a little. When the ABS content was 1 phr, the enlongation at break and the notched Izod impact strength of the blends increased by 64% and 39%, respectively. DMA results showed that ABS and pCBT showed part compatibility. WAXD results showed that only α-forrn crystal existed in the pCBT/ABS blends. The classic tough fracture was observed on tensile fracture of pCBT/ABS blends by SEM.
