DSM study and Demonstrative Project in Shengli Oil Field

采用综合资源规划（ Ｉ Ｒ Ｐ） 方法，以大型电力用户胜利油田作为需求侧管理（ Ｄ Ｓ Ｍ） 实施主体，试点工程与工程示范相结合，进行 Ｄ Ｓ Ｍ 整体规划。 Ｄ Ｓ Ｍ 方案以成本效益作为评价节电技术标准，达到了节电增效的目的。

Using IRP method and based on the pilot project demonstration taking the large power consumer-Shengli Oil Field as the main body for implementing DSM,the DSM integrated planning was carried out to formalate a sustainable energy and electricity saving system,and taking the benefit/cost ratio as standard for evaluating electricity saving measures to meet the goal of higher energy efficiency.
